About Mr Henry Coombes
Mr Coombes is a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. He can help with a range of mental health conditions in adults. He specialises in treatments for obsessive-compulsive disorder, (0CD), and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (PTSD), depression and anxiety-related disorders. He has a particular interest in helping people with OCD and PTSD to recover from intense negative, repetitive and intrusive thoughts, all of which can cause extreme distress and significantly interfere with their lives. He uses a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy, (CFT), and Mindfulness, and work in collaboration with my clients, creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to deliver individual therapy treatment plans. He participates regularly in continuing professional development to broaden my knowledge and skills from the latest research for the benefit of all his clients. He specialises in treatments for obsessive-compulsive disorder, (OCD), and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (PTSD), depression and anxiety-related disorders.
