Gernot Seppel ist stets bestrebt, für seine Patienten die optimale Behandlungsmethode zu finden. Dabei bevorzugt er moderne konservative oder minimalinvasive Verfahren, um einen optimalen Heilungsverlauf zu gewährleisten. Sollte eine konservative Therapie aufgrund der individuellen Krankheitsgeschichte nicht möglich oder aufgrund des Heilungsverlaufs nicht empfohlen sein, bietet Dr. med. Seppel seinen Patienten seine fachliche und operative Kompetenz. Zusammen mit Maximilian Hench gründete er OSP - Orthopädie – Sportorthopädie München. Seine oberste Maxime ist der Einsatz modernster konservativer oder minimalinvasiver Behandlungsmethoden für einen optimalen Heilungsverlauf.
