About Mr Gerard Lattouf
Mr Lattouf is a highly experienced consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in knee, foot and ankle surgery. Born in Lebanon where he completed his secondary education, Mr Lattouf studied medicine at Kaunas Medical University (KMU) in Lithuania. During this time, he developed a strong passion for orthopaedics and decided to make it his career. After completing his orthopaedic training at KMU, Mr Lattouf worked as an orthopaedic surgeon for four years managing trauma cases, and performing knee arthroscopies, hip and knee joint replacements. Eager to expand his skills after gaining further clinical experience in Lebanon, France and Switzerland, Mr Lattouf relocated to the U.K. He initially worked as a locum registrar before securing a foot and ankle fellowship at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport, from 2009-2010. Following this he was appointed as a consultant foot and ankle surgeon in Bristol. In 2021, Mr Lattouf broadened his practice to include knee joint replacements and performs approximately 250 procedures annually. He also specialises in knee arthroscopies for meniscal pathologies and ACL reconstruction. Dedicated to advancing orthopaedic care, he continues to provide exceptional treatment for his patients.
"Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions."
