Es wird stets darauf geachtet, das Gesicht als Ganzes zu betrachten, anstatt sich nur auf einzelne Unvollkommenheiten zu fokussieren.Im Laufe der Zeit kann es vorkommen, dass Patienten den Blick für ihre ursprüngliche Erscheinung verlieren und dazu neigen, auch kleinere Imperfektionen verändern zu wollen. In solchen Fällen werden Vorher-Nachher-Bilder herangezogen, um an den gemeinsam festgelegten Behandlungsplan zu erinnern.Dies sorgt dafür, dass sich die Patienten in sicheren Händen fühlen können und keine Angst haben müssen, wie die übertriebenen Schönheitsideale aus Film und Fernsehen auszusehen.
