Psychology
About
Georgia holds a First Class BSc in Psychology, and is currently working towards a MSc in Applied Clinical Psychology. She has also completed online courses in the study of ADHD and autism, as well as training in ADIR and ADOS.
Georgia decided to work in this field as it combines structured clinical work with human connection and meaningful person-centred care. She prides herself on thinking analytically and working well with procedure and detail, qualities that naturally lend themselves to assessments and producing quality diagnostic reports. She was led to pursue this work due to her strong sense of empathy and desire to support people in better understanding themselves.
In the future, Georgia would like to continue developing her clinical skills and expanding the range of assessments she is able to offer. She also aims to further her research into complex psychological presentations and become involved in psychological research.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
