Seit über 15 Jahren ist sie im Bereich der dermatologisch-ästhetischen Medizin tätig, mit Spezialisierung auf Faltenbehandlungen mit Botulinum und Hyaluronsäure.Frau Geßner ist Mitglied der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ästhetische Botulinumtoxin-Therapie.
