He was affiliated with Ambroise Paré University Hospital in Boulogne and taught at the Fer à Moulin Surgery School in Paris, where he worked with Professor Hardy. His teaching included live surgery demonstrations for international training.
Dr. Bruchou has been involved in the University Diploma of Arthroscopy organized by the French Arthroscopy Society, where he has trained one orthopedic surgeon annually. He also spent four years in Western China teaching arthroscopic shoulder surgery and developed collaborations between French and Chinese orthopedic societies.
In France, he introduced Office Surgeries (WALANT procedures), performed under local anesthesia in an outpatient setting. Since October 2023, he has been practicing full-time in Dubai.
He is a member of the French Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgery Society, the French Arthroscopy Society, the French Shoulder and Elbow Society, and the European Shoulder and Elbow Society.
