She integrates a range of psychological approaches into her work, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), systemic family therapy, group work, and motivational interviewing. She also has specific training in infant mental health and experience conducting joint family sessions alongside other therapists.
She has a strong commitment to education, having contributed to the South East Scotland MRCPsych training programme, medical student teaching, and GP fellowship training in Lothian.
