About Ms Fiona Blunsden

Fiona Blunsden is an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with full accreditation from the BABCP. Based on the West Coast of Scotland, she has been delivering CBT interventions for over ten years. Before moving into clinical practice, Fiona built a career in learning and development and adult education, bringing with her strong communication and teaching skills that continue to enhance her therapeutic work.

Fiona works collaboratively with individuals to identify and achieve goals that are meaningful to them. She draws on a wide range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to the needs of each client. Alongside mainstream CBT for common mental health concerns, she is skilled in Third Wave CBT therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). This adaptable and multi-skilled approach ensures treatment is both flexible and effective.

She offers a variety of options to suit her clients’ needs, whether short-term, goal-focused sessions or longer-term ongoing therapy. Comfortable working online via secure video-call, Fiona helps clients feel relaxed and supported in a virtual environment.
