Driven by a passion for addressing the root causes of illness, she transitioned to Primary Care and began working in Corporate Health Promotion in 2009.
In 2012, Dr. Ahmed relocated to the UAE, where she worked as a Hotel Doctor and a School Doctor at GMC Clinics. She later established her own health and well-being business and collaborated with Ocean Rose Clinic to provide Occupational Health support to various factories and hotels. Her career then took her to Qatar, where she served as the Medical Director of a private clinic, successfully developing policies for clinic registration, and held a locum position at Qatar Fertiliser.
Returning to the UAE due to family commitments, Dr. Ahmed briefly worked as a locum doctor in Emirates Airlines' Occupational Medicine Department before joining Medi Sense Clinic.
