Eve Kruavit

Eve Kruavit, an accredited Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, welcomes you to 'Layers of Emotions'. RTT is founded by Eve's teacher, Marisa Peer, a holistic approach based on neuroscience that combines the principles of Traditional Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to provide fast and effective results. Unlike traditional talk therapy, RTT typically achieves success within 1-3 sessions by harnessing the power of the subconscious mind, where most automated thoughts, feelings, and actions occur. Eve's approach at 'Layers of Emotions' is encapsulated by the onion analogy, with each layer representing a trauma, heartbreak, or life challenge. As a therapist, she is dedicated to helping clients explore and peel away these layers with compassion and empathy, revealing a core of thoughts and beliefs that align with their true essence and inner calling. This process unlocks one's true potential and brings them closer to their authentic self. Coming from a traditional Asian family of medical professionals, Eve felt like an outsider despite her multicultural upbringing. Her own childhood trauma led to a prolonged battle with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, eating disorders, and body dysmorphia, impacting her self-worth and sense of belonging. As an entrepreneur who founded a beauty-tech startup and experienced multiple career pivots, she faced challenging transitions and burnout, leading to a loss of direction and purpose. Years of talk therapy and various modalities provided only short-term relief, but RTT transformed Eve's life long-term. By accessing the subconscious mind, RTT helped her connect past traumas with her current self, heal her inner child, and reframe negative self-talk and limiting beliefs. Today, as an accredited RTT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist with a background in positive psychology and coaching from Stanford and Oxford University, Eve is dedicated to helping others heal.
