Before embarking on her career in nutrition, Emma spent two decades working in the City, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of balancing a demanding career with maintaining a healthy diet. Her approach is practical, relatable, and results-oriented.
Emma is committed to staying at the forefront of nutritional science. She regularly attends lectures and workshops to expand her knowledge and bring the latest developments to her clients.
