Emily Martin is an experienced Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, passionate about helping individuals improve their health, well-being, and longevity through tailored exercise programs. With expertise in integrating reformer Pilates, resistance training, and aerobic conditioning, Emily creates personalised programs to optimise strength and overall well-being. Emily is dedicated to guiding her clients, no matter the size of their goals, towards improved fitness and health. Her commitment to movement as medicine is evident in her ability to design cohesive and effective exercise routines. Emily's background includes specialised training in girls' and women's sports, enhancing participation and leadership development in these areas. With a background in basketball, both as a player and elite-level coach, as well as five years of experience as a lead swimming instructor, Emily enjoys working with individuals of all ages and abilities. She has a strong focus on working with people living with chronic diseases, particularly those related to neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, and mental health.
