About
Dr Lever graduated from UCL Medical School and completed his specialist training in rheumatology and general medicine within the North London rotation. During his training, he developed comprehensive experience in managing complex multisystem autoimmune diseases, with particular expertise in lupus and sarcoidosis.
He is involved in service development and is currently establishing an osteoporosis fracture liaison service at the Whittington Hospital, aimed at improving the identification and management of patients at risk of fragility fractures.
Dr Lever is actively engaged in research, with recent publications focusing on systemic lupus erythematosus, including the patient journey, patient experience, and the psychological impact of chronic disease.
His clinical approach includes the use of advanced therapies, including biological medications, as well as joint and soft tissue injections, with treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
