About
Mr Seel studied medicine at Southampton University, graduating in 1998, and completed orthopaedic training within the Wessex Deanery, one of the UK’s most highly regarded academic training programmes. He undertook specialist spinal surgery training at Southampton University Hospital, followed by advanced fellowships at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London.
A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Mr Seel is also a dedicated educator. He holds a Master’s in Medical Education from the University of Dundee and serves as NHS Clinical Tutor at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. He contributes to national training programmes and international research in orthopaedic and spinal conditions.
Outside of medicine, Mr Seel enjoys sailing, holding qualifications as both a dinghy instructor and Yachtmaster. He has competed in international regattas and treasures time spent with his wife and two daughters.
