Dr Tony Elliott is a leading Consultant Oncologist with a special interest in Genito-urinary Cancers. He provides an unparalleled service with HCA Healthcare, helping those at a time when they need it most. He offers a holistic approach to treatment, using chemotherapy, hormone therapy, external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy.
Dr Elliott graduated from Edinburgh University with a Medical Degree in 1993 and completed his specialist oncology training. He was awarded his specialised accreditation from the Royal College of Radiologists in 2001. Following this, he completed a Clinical Research Fellowship to investigate the mechanisms of cancer resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and was awarded a PhD for his outstanding work. Throughout his career, he has published numerous papers and is a prominent physician in his field. He is a member of the National Cancer's Research Institute's Hormone Reisitnat Prostate Cancer Group, Bladder Cancer Chemotherapy Group and Penile Cancer Group.
