About Dr Simon Connolly
Dr Connolly has built a strong reputation as the leading Cosmetic Doctor in Scotland. He is affectionately known by many as Scotland's Lip King. He has helped pioneer a drive for better standards in teh cosmetic medicine industry, demonstrated by his position as a founding member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM) - formerly known as British Association of Cosmetic Doctors (BACD) - responsible for industry Auditing and Appraisals. He also holds the position of spokesman for the BCAM wothin Scotland. Dr Connolly holds a Cardiff diploma in Dermatology and his research on Onabotulinumtoxin A as a treatment for crow's feet lines has been published. Dr Connolly has over 15 years' experience in Cosmetic Dermatology. He was one of the pioneers of cosmetic injection treatments in Scotland and is now recognized as one of the most experienced cosmetic specialists in the country. As part of his commitment to the improving the practice of cosmetic medicine, he is heavily involved in research, training of other doctors and clinical trials. Dr Connolly is an expert in combination volumising treatments, such as the Fluid Face Lift. Other Posts Clinical Advisor and Clinical Trainer for Allergan, the maker of Botox.
