Dr Rudrapathy Palaniappan is a highly experienced specialist in audiovestibular medicine with over 20 years of clinical expertise in managing dizziness, tinnitus, and hearing impairment. After completing his MBBS in India and initial training in ENT surgery, he went on to obtain his FRCS (Otolaryngology) in 1995. His long-standing interest in hearing and balance disorders led him to further specialise in audiovestibular medicine, training at several leading teaching hospitals in London.
Dr Palaniappan has received comprehensive training across adult and paediatric audiology, neuro-otology, speech and language development, rehabilitation, glue ear, and tinnitus management. His main area of clinical and research interest is neuro-otology, with a particular focus on the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus and balance disorders.
