About Dr Mark Kellett
Dr Mark Kellett qualified from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and completed his specialist training at the Walton Center of Liverpool. During this time, he also completed a research MD in the genetic epidemiology of Parkinson's disease. He is a Consultant Neurologist based at Salford Hospital, where he is also the Chairman of the Manchester for Clinical Neurosciences, one of the largest Neurosciences Units in the UK. Dr Kellett has a specialist interest in movement disorders, particularly Parkinson's Disease and dystonia and has extensive experience in the management of headache and migraine, especially the use of botox in the management of chronic migraines. He has a In 2013 Dr Kellett joined the Nationally commissioned Neurofibromatosis Type 2 service based at St Mary's hospital in Manchester as Consultant Neurologist in addition to his role at Salford Hospital.
