Dr Pink is a Consultant Dermatologist and Honorary Clinical Lecturer. They adopt a holistic approach to patient care. Dr Pink is widely published in peer-reviewed dermatology journals and has received numerous distinguished prizes, including a Medical Research Council Centenary Award. They are regularly an invited lecturer at national and international dermatology conferences.
Dr Pink trained at Nottingham Medical School and undertook their clinical dermatological training at St. John's Institute of Dermatology. They were awarded a highly prestigious Academic Clinical Fellowship and subsequently an Academic Clinical Lectureship at the Institute. Dr Pink successfully completed a PhD in medical dermatology during their training and continues to be very actively involved in skin research, running several trials assessing new treatments.
Dr Pink is a member of the International Psoriasis Council and Chair of the annual UK dermatology course for consultant dermatologists. They regularly act as a National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) clinical expert.
