Dr Andrew Bishop is a Consultant Cardiologist. Who qualified in 1988 from Cambridge University and St Thomas' Hospital, London. Following this, Dr Bishop undertook postgraduate training at The Royal Brompton Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital, London. Dr Bishop is a member of the Royal College of Physicians.
Dr Bishop sees patients with all types of cardiac disease. He has a particular interest in hypertension, coronary disease, stent implantation, heart failure and pacing, blood pressure which is hard to control, POTS, Dysautonomia, blackouts and dizzy spells, fluid retention, breathlessness, heart murmurs and heart valve diseases. He also practices more widely as a general physician.
