About Miss Deborah Green
Miss Deborah Green is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with over a decade of experience as an NHS consultant. She works at The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor, where she provides specialist care across plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, hand surgery and breast surgery, including selected paediatric plastic surgery for children aged three and above. She also holds a substantive NHS post at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, where she serves as the Skin Cancer Lead and Deputy Cancer Lead. Miss Green completed her medical degree in London and undertook her specialist plastic surgery training in major London centres, including St Thomas’ Hospital, St George’s Hospital and the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead. She further developed her expertise through fellowships at the Melanoma Institute Australia and St Thomas’ Hospital. She dedicated two years to melanoma research and completed an MD focused on melanoma immunotherapy at St George’s, University of London, contributing to international melanoma trials and presenting research nationally and internationally. Her practice covers the full range of skin cancer diagnosis, treatment and reconstruction, including complex reconstructions following Mohs surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy and lymph node removal for melanoma. She is highly experienced in plastic and reconstructive procedures, including skin lesion management, scar revision, breast surgery, eyelid procedures, and a wide range of cosmetic treatments. She also performs elective hand surgery, including Dupuytren’s contracture excision, carpal tunnel decompression and trigger finger release. Miss Green is committed to patient-centred care, providing rapid assessment, dermoscopic evaluation and timely treatment. She is also actively involved in medical education and holds leadership roles, including Skin Cancer MDT Lead, Deputy Cancer Lead for Frimley Health, Medical Examiner for the Frimley Integrated Care System, and international fellowship roles such as Poche Fellow at the Melanoma Institute Australia.
