Dr Correa adopts a person-centred approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs and personality style. She aims to create a safe and relaxed environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their struggles. Her therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), counselling, and couples counselling. Fluent in English and Spanish, she provides therapy in both languages to ensure accessibility for a diverse range of clients. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, psychosis, personality disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD, and OCD, as well as those affected by forensic psychology. She believes in fostering genuine and sustainable progress by helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their emotions, relational patterns, and coping mechanisms. Through both short-term and long-term therapy, she ensures that treatment remains effective and aligned with each client’s personal goals.
