About Miss Danielle Hammond
I support adults with depression, anxiety, trauma & PTSD to Feel Calm, Confident and Back in Control. If anxiety is constantly running in the background of your life… If past trauma still feels close to the surface… If low mood or overwhelm is affecting your work, relationships or sleep… You don’t have to manage it alone. I help adults who are feeling stuck, distressed, or exhausted by anxiety, trauma, and depression move toward feeling more grounded, stable, and confident again. Therapy with me is practical, evidence-based, and focused on helping you experience meaningful change, not just temporary relief. You might be: Experiencing persistent anxiety or panic. Living with the effects of trauma or PTSD. Struggling with low mood or loss of motivation. Feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. Avoiding situations that once felt manageable. Together, we work to understand what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that genuinely help in day-to-day life. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been coping alone for a long time. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted by anxiety or past experiences, you don’t have to manage it by yourself. Taking that first step can be the beginning of meaningful, lasting change.
