Cyan is passionate about empowering her clients to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing. With a focus on building strength, mobility, and stability, Cyan is particularly interested in helping her clients reduce their risk of injury and enhance their performance, whether they are competitive athletes or simply looking to navigate the physical demands of daily life. Cyan is experienced in working with a diverse range of individuals including amateur athletes, new mums and beginners in strength training. Cyan has recovered from two ACL reconstructions firsthand, giving her a unique perspective of the recovery process as a personal trainer.
