Cian Gildea is an accomplished optometrist who joined Wellington Eye Clinic in 2014. As a dedicated professional in his field, Cian is recognised as a Fellow of the Association of Optometrists in Ireland (FAOI), a member of the Scleral Lens Education Society (SLS), a Fellow of the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (FIACLE), a Fellow of the British Contact Lens Association (FBCLA), and a member of the European Academy of Optometry and Optics (EAOO).
Beyond his clinical work, Cian contributes his expertise to the field by consulting for Enterprise Ireland on commercialisation fund projects for various optometric, ophthalmologic, and ocular products and devices.
