Within the University of Southampton Auditory Implant Service (USAIS), she is a key member of the auditory implant team, participating in the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). She pioneered and established the cochlear implant service at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital in 2023, expanding the USAIS hub and spoke model, demonstrating her commitment to service development and innovation.
Miss Xie's dedication to her patients is evident in her extensive surgical experience. She has amassed a logbook of thousands of operations, including 163 cochlear implants, highlighting her commitment to improving the lives of those she serves.
