About Bruno Seara Polidoro
Bruno is a Senior Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager at Pure Sports Medicine, Roehampton, bringing over 17 years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, elite sport, and clinical leadership. HCPC-registered and holding a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Injury Management from the University of Brighton, he combines deep clinical knowledge with a performance-driven approach to rehabilitation. A former rower himself, Bruno has supported athletes across professional football, cycling, tennis, and high-performance rowing, working at both Academy and First Team levels. His dual expertise as a physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach allows him to bridge the gap between rehab and performance, helping patients recover stronger and move with confidence. Originally graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina in 2007, Bruno also spent eight years serving as a firefighter in Brazil, shaping his calm, resilient, and purposeful clinical style. Bruno has a particular interest in back pain and lower limb injuries, as well as strength training for senior and elderly patients. He is a strong advocate of active recovery, using functional, evidence-based methods to restore strength, confidence, and independence. Outside the clinic, he’s a dedicated Olympic lifter, gym enthusiast, and lifelong sportsman.
