Ben Rose
Physiotherapy
About
He has experience working with international athletes across a range of age groups, supporting their rehabilitation and safe return to sport. Drawing on his own background as a high-level competitor in both cricket and rugby, Ben has a strong understanding of the physical demands of different sports and positions. He has also completed multiple half marathons and is currently training for a full marathon, which informs his work with runners. His rehabilitation approach for runners often incorporates analysis of footwear, training structure, cadence, and gait to ensure that all contributing factors are addressed.
Ben’s academic grounding in psychology enhances his clinical practice, giving him insight into the psychological aspects of injury and pain. This allows him to approach patients holistically, considering not only their injury but also their mental well-being during recovery.
His clinical interests include post-operative rehabilitation, with a particular focus on knee surgery and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
