Dr Ayushi Parihar
Physiotherapy
About
She has worked with hospitals, football clubs, and NGOs to raise awareness about rheumatoid arthritis, as well as the importance of physical activity for young girls. After moving to the UK, she completed her MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Nottingham where she gained more skills in sports rehabilitation.
Ayushi believes that movement is key to healing and strives to help her patients achieve optimum recovery through an evidence-based approach incorporating both exercise and manual therapy techniques.
Outside of work, Ayushi enjoys photography, playing basketball, watching sports, cooking exploring cafes across the city.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
