Ms Asma Ali Sultan Annon Al Nuaimi is a Paediatrician.
Ms Al Nuaimi graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in Al Ain in 1999. Following this, they pursued further training in Canada, joining the paediatric residency training programme in Calgary in 2001. They graduated in 2004 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada and the American board of paediatrics as a general paediatrician. Following this, they completed fellowship training in paediatric pulmonary/Respirology at Alberta Children's Hospital in Calgary with a special focus on intensive care.
Ms Al Nuaimi has held multiple administrative posts, including Chair of the Department of Paediatrics. They completed an Executive Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2010 with honours, and then a master's degree in biomedical ethics and law from the Royal College of Ireland in 2014.
