She has previously worked within the UK’s National Health Service, including at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, gaining broad clinical and laboratory experience.
Her clinical expertise includes the management of myeloid disorders, lymphoma, myeloma, immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), and sickle cell disease. She also has a particular interest in advanced diagnostic techniques, including flow cytometry, and has worked as a laboratory consultant in tertiary care settings.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Mohan is actively involved in education and training. She is committed to mentoring haematology trainees and contributes regularly to teaching initiatives within her field.
