Dr Arun Kalarikal is an experienced general dentist and specialist implantologist based at the Dental Studio (Tecom Clinic, Dubai). He is DHA-licensed and has 12 years of private practice experience.
Dr Kalarikal is known by his patients for his compassionate and calming manner, as well as his attention to detail in both his cosmetic and restorative procedures. He has expertise in all areas of general dentistry, as well as smile design and composite restorations.
He gained his dental degree (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India (RGUHS) in 2002, before going on to complete a postgraduate master's degree in healthcare management from Swansea University in the United Kingdom. He has since pursued additional training in cosmetic and implant dentistry and has certifications from the UK in Vital Teeth Whitening and Inman Aligner. Additionally, in 2019, he completed the renowned American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse programme.
He has previously worked as a general dentist at Ritz Dental Clinic in Dubai and as an associate dentist at Smile Dental Clinic in Bangalore.
Dr Kalarikal is multilingual and speaks English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Punjabi. Outside of work, his hobbies include reading, listening to music, and playing cricket.
