Miss Artemis Matsou

About
Her clinical work focuses on the management of corneal diseases, complex cataract surgery, and refractive procedures. She is experienced in corneal transplantation techniques, ocular surface reconstruction, and the treatment of dry eye syndrome and ocular surface disease, including limbal stem cell transplantation.
Miss Matsou has completed corneal fellowships at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge and Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead. She is a Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of London. In addition to her clinical work, she is involved in professional societies, including roles within the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and other ophthalmology organisations.
She is also engaged in research and academic activity, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and participating in national and international ophthalmology conferences.
