He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
In addition to his clinical roles, Dr Aboabat is actively involved in research and academia as an Assistant Professor. His work has been published in medical journals, with a focus on conditions such as systemic sclerosis and systemic lupus erythematosus. He is a member of several professional organisations, including the American College of Rheumatology and the Canadian Rheumatology Association.
