In addition to arrhythmia management, he has an interest in preventive cardiology, supporting patients in managing cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension and hypercholesterolaemia.
Dr Creta qualified in medicine from the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome in 2011 and completed specialist training in cardiology in Italy before undertaking a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology and cardiac devices at the Barts Heart Centre. He was appointed Consultant Cardiologist in 2020. He holds a PhD focused on atrial fibrillation and has undertaken postgraduate study in Health Economics at the London School of Economics.
