About Mrs Antonia de Gier
Antonia de Gier is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Associate at Hormone Health, where she supports individuals through the perimenopause and menopause transition with tailored nutritional, lifestyle, and supplement guidance. She is particularly passionate about the endocrine aspects of nutrition and takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to helping clients manage the physical, hormonal, and psychological symptoms that can accompany this stage of life. Antonia holds a Diploma from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Nutritional Therapy from the Centre for Nutritional Excellence and Lifestyle Management (CNELM), affiliated with Middlesex University. Her training included studies in neurolinguistic programming and behaviour change techniques, equipping her with tools to support lasting improvements in health and wellbeing. She previously tutored at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and worked with clients privately, as well as contributing to the launch and development of the Food Doctor. At Hormone Health, she works collaboratively with the wider clinical team to provide complementary support alongside medical and HRT care. Antonia offers both in-person and virtual consultations to accommodate the individual needs of her clients.
