Parallel dazu begleitete sie die Naturheilkunde, die sie schließlich durch eine Ausbildung zur Heilpraktikerin und verschiedenen Therapieausbildungen professionalisierte.
Ihr Wissensdurst und ihre Leidenschaft für ganzheitliche Gesundheit treiben Frau Erfurt bis heute an, sich kontinuierlich fortzubilden.
