Mrs Anita Sonsale is a highly experienced ENT Consultant and Laryngologist with over 10 years of specialist practice, based at the Priory Hospital and Spire Little Aston Hospital. Mrs Sonsale provides comprehensive ENT care, managing conditions such as chronic tonsillitis, swallowing difficulties, neck lumps, ear infections, nasal blockages, nasal polyps, dizziness, hearing loss, and tinnitus. She performs outpatient procedures including fibre optic nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, and ear microsuction. Her surgical expertise covers tonsillectomy, laryngeal framework surgery for voice disorders, parathyroid surgery, removal of neck lumps, septoplasty, and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).
She has a special interest in voice-related conditions and works closely with speech therapists, singing coaches, and neurophysiologists. Mrs Sonsale also focuses on parathyroid disorders such as hypercalcaemia and hyperparathyroidism, collaborating closely with endocrinologists.
Committed to education, she serves as a clinical tutor and leads CESR applications at University Hospitals Birmingham.
