Ms Amy Parrott is an Integrative Psychotherapist. She offers compassionate, one-to-one therapy within a safe and confidential space, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and attachment issues, and low self-esteem.
Holding an MA in Integrative Therapy from ICHAS, Amy works from a Humanistic and Integrative foundation, recognising the individuality of each client and tailoring her therapeutic approach to promote personal growth and emotional healing. Her work draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches (MBCT), Psychodynamic and Attachment-based therapies, Emotionally Focused methods, and Schema Therapy.
Alongside her formal training, Amy is skilled in counselling, trauma-informed practice, somatic techniques, and nervous system regulation, and has completed Transpersonal Therapist Training. Her integrative approach blends psychological insight with somatic and nervous system practices to reconnect the mind, body, and soul.
Guided by her own journey of self-healing, Amy believes that lasting transformation begins in the body by rebuilding nervous system resilience, restoring embodied awareness, and reclaiming the parts of the self often lost to trauma, chronic stress, and the demands of modern life. She aims to create a warm collaborative and non judgemental space to explore challenges at your own pace and gently guide you towards meaningful change.
