Ms Amy O’Halloran is a CORU-registered Dietitian and Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with clinical experience across oncology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, and general medicine. She currently works as an Oncology Dietitian at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, specialising in head and neck cancer and providing nutritional support throughout the cancer treatment pathway.
She previously worked as a Senior Dietitian at St James's Hospital Dublin, where she managed inpatient and outpatient caseloads in head and neck oncology, ENT, and maxillofacial surgery. Her role included peri-operative care, long-term follow-up, and the provision of enteral and parenteral nutrition, alongside contributing to multidisciplinary team care, service development, and clinical guidelines. She is experienced in enteral and parenteral nutrition, including home enteral feeding, and has additional experience in sports nutrition and women’s health.
