After achieving his medical degree in Cardiff in 2009, he undertook higher specialist surgical training, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2016. Alongside this, he has also earned several other qualifications, reflecting his commitment to advancing his skills across both dentistry and medicine.
In addition to his NHS role at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, Mr Al-Rikabi provides private consultations and treatment across multiple practices. He has presented internationally, published widely, and teaches doctors and dentists across the UK.
