His clinical interests include hearing loss and tinnitus, nasal and sinus disorders, swallowing difficulties, persistent sore throat, and thyroid and parathyroid disease. He has extensive surgical experience, having performed more than 2,000 ENT operations during his training and over 200 major head and neck resections as both a fellow and consultant.
To further develop his expertise, Mr Gaunt completed a prestigious nationally appointed Royal College of Surgeons Interface Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at University Hospitals Sheffield, one of the UK’s leading centres for complex head and neck cancer care.
Alongside his clinical work, Mr Gaunt is committed to providing patient-focused care and delivering high standards of surgical practice.
