Dr Abdullah Mawas is a Consultant Physician and Consultant Gastroenterologist with interests in wellbeing, obesity management and liver disease. He undertook further international fellowship training in bariatric endoscopy in São Paulo, Brazil, and at the European Centre of Excellence in Fürth, Germany, and has attended specialist bariatric workshops in Brazil and Spain. His interventional practice includes primary endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty and endoscopic revision procedures for weight regain following bariatric surgery.
