The Psychiatry and Therapy Centre is a dedicated centre for patients to seek help for a wide range of mental health issues. The team are comprised of experienced Psychiatrists, Psychotherapists and Psychologists. The team has a broad range of expertise, having worked in the British National Health Service (NHS) and private practice in the UK, Western European public health services, and the private sector in Dubai. The team will work with each patient to decide the best treatment plan, whether that be medication, talking therapies or a combination of both.
The team at The Psychiatry and Therapy Centre are able to offer personalised treatment for every patient, with medications and talking therapies tailored to the individual needs of every patient. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching to help with a range of conditions including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, childhood issues and relationship issues. We will tailor our service to your needs.
The team is passionate about delivering the best outcomes, achieving results with a combination of professional excellence, a warm and empathic approach, and understanding that their patients will be going through a difficult time working with them to overcome these issues. The treatments offered by the team are evidence-based and all practitioners are compassionate and non-judgemental.
