Sportchirurgie Plus ist eine Praxis für Sportchirurgie, Sportmedizin und Unfallchirurgie mit Standorten in Graz und Vasoldsberg. Die Praxis wird von Univ.-Doz. Dr. Gert Schippinger und Univ.-Doz. Dr. Florian Fankhauser geleitet und spezialisiert sich auf die konservative und operative Behandlung akuter Verletzungen sowie chronischer Beschwerden des Bewegungsapparates. Besondere Schwerpunkte liegen in der Schulter-, Knie- und Fußchirurgie sowie in der Behandlung von Sportverletzungen.
Sportchirurgie Plus bietet operative und konservative Therapieverfahren für Erkrankungen und Verletzungen des Bewegungsapparates an. Dazu gehören arthroskopische Eingriffe an Schulter, Ellbogen, Knie und Sprunggelenk, bandplastische Wiederherstellungschirurgie, operative Knochenbruchbehandlungen sowie prothetischer Gelenkersatz an Schulter und Knie. Ergänzend werden konservative Therapien wie Stoßwellentherapie, Stromtherapie, Softlasertherapie, Infiltrationen und funktionelle Orthesenversorgung durchgeführt.
Die Praxis verfügt zusätzlich über ein Therapiezentrum und Trainingszentrum in Vasoldsberg. Dort werden physiotherapeutische Behandlungen, Bewegungstherapie, Leistungsdiagnostik, Gang- und Laufanalysen, EMS-Training sowie Stoßwellentherapie angeboten. Das interdisziplinäre Team umfasst Fachärzte, Physiotherapeut:innen, Sportwissenschafter:innen, Heilmasseur:innen und Pflegepersonal.
Die Ordination befindet sich in der Privatklinik Ragnitz in Graz, wo Sportchirurgie Plus mit einem integrierten Diagnosezentrum und medizinisch-technischer Ausstattung zusammenarbeitet.
