The surgical centre in Gillingham primarily focuses on day surgery, while in-patient surgical procedures are carried out at their sister hospital, Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford. If treatment requires in-patient care in London, patients have the flexibility to attend pre-operative and post-operative appointments at either Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre in Gillingham or Practice Plus Group Hospital in Ilford.
The hospital offers a ‘one-stop-service’ for outpatient appointments pre-operatively. Where possible the team will complete any pre-treatment tests within one visit, saving multiple trips and allowing anaesthetists and rehabilitation team to undertake their assessments at the same visit. The team ensure that patients are fully informed at every step of their treatment journey and that they have the follow up care they require.
Located in Kent, the hospital provides clean, modern, and comfortable facilities. They specialise in planned surgery, catering to the needs of NHS, private, and insured patients alike.
