Abseits von stark befahrenen Straßen liegt das Primärberatungszentrum Apotheke Flötzersteig eingebettet in den grünen Gartenanlagen zwischen dem Otto-Wagner-Spital, dem Wilhelminenspital und dem Hanusch-Krankenhaus. Hier kümmern wir uns auf eine äußerst persönliche Weise um unsere Stammkunden, denn nach vielen Jahren der Betreuung wissen wir genau, was benötigt und gewünscht wird.
Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind speziell für diese persönliche Betreuung geschult und lernen direkt von der Apothekerin Mag. pharm. Doris Schmidt. Sie ist das pharmazeutische und medizinische Herz und Hirn der Apotheke. Mehr als 25 Jahre Berufserfahrung und eine ganzheitliche medizinische Einstellung gegenüber unseren Kunden prägen ihre tägliche Arbeit, die für sie mehr Leidenschaft als Arbeit ist. Alle Rezepte für eigene Produkte stammen aus ihrer "Versuchsküche". Der Slogan "Sicher sein, was drinnen und draußen ist", dokumentiert nicht nur absolute Arzneimittelsicherheit, sondern auch Beratung auf höchstem Niveau. Vorteile, die andere, insbesondere im Internet, nicht bieten können.
Die Notwendigkeit, mit Ärzten, anderen medizinischen Fachkräften und qualifizierten Gesundheitsberatern in der integrativen medizinischen Lösung langwieriger und komplexer Gesundheitsprobleme zusammenzuarbeiten, hat uns dazu veranlasst, unsere eigene Form der GESUNDHEITSKOORDINATION zu entwickeln. Der Erfolg in diesem System wird durch den Einsatz eines engagierten GESUNDHEITSKOORDINATORS gewährleistet, wie er im österreichischen Gesundheitssystem in dieser Form nicht existiert.
Wir nutzen Koordinatoren sowohl als Fallmanager für temporäre Unterstützung als auch als persönliche Langzeitbegleiter in den Bereichen Therapie - Prävention - Leistungssteigerung / Sport. Kunden, die dieses Modell wählen, erhalten ihre eigene CLUBKARTE, die ihnen für eine geringe Jahresgebühr Zugang zu einem umfangreichen Unterstützungspaket bietet.
Seit Jahren haben wir das österreichische Gesundheitssystem in all seinen Facetten erlebt und wollen uns nicht am Klagen beteiligen, sondern vielmehr ganzheitliche medizinische Lösungen vorantreiben. In den letzten Jahren haben wir gemeinsam mit Partnern und unabhängigen Kunden bewiesen, dass man mit einer Apotheke als primärem Ansprechpartner im Gesundheitssystem viele Probleme selbst lösen oder als Schnittstelle zu gut koordinierten Behandlungswegen weiterleiten kann.
Unser ganzheitlicher medizinischer Ansatz versteht sich als Beitrag zur Verbindung von alternativer Medizin und konventioneller Medizin unter der Behandlungsleitung eines Arztes. Krankheit, aber auch Prävention und Leistungssteigerung müssen immer auf physischer und psychischer Ebene betrachtet und behandelt werden. Es ist äußerst wichtig, Kunden und Patienten in jeder Hinsicht in ihrer persönlichen Verantwortung zu unterstützen.
