Im Jahr 1992 gründete MR Dr. Doris Haberler die kieferorthopädische Ordination im neunten Bezirk, welche nun mit der Nachfolgerin Dr. Diana Atassi, MSc für Sie zur Verfügung steht. Bei ihrer Arbeit wird sie durch zwei kieferorthopädische Assistentinnen unterstützt. Durch die intensive interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialistinnen aus den Fachbereichen Osteopathie, Logopädie, HNO-, sowie Kinder- und Jugendheilkunde und ihrer eigenen kieferorthopädischen Erfahrung ermöglicht Ihnen Frau Dr. Atassi eine optimale Behandlung, die Sie sowohl medizinisch-funktional als auch ästhetisch überzeugen wird. Im Zuge ihrer Zusammenarbeit gründete Dr. Atassi im Jahr 2019 mit Heimo Kuchling, MSc D.O. P.O die Ortho-Dentalen-Funktionstherapie (ODFT).
Die ODFT beinhaltet eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise zur Behandlung von Problematiken des Kiefers und Kausystems auch Crani-Mandibuläre-Dysfunktion (CMD) genannt. In diesem Prozess werden Aspekte der Kieferorthopädie, der bildgebenden Diagnostik (Röntgen, Modellanalyse), der Bewegungsanalyse (Goniometire, Ganganalyse) sowie die alltägliche Körperhaltung berücksichtigt. Anhand der Untersuchungen wird ein individueller Behandlungsplan erstellt, bei dem sämtliche interdisziplinäre Behandlungsmöglichkeiten berücksichtigt werden.
