Ianthe House supports women aged 25–60+ living with binge eating disorder, bulimia, or longstanding restrictive eating patterns.
Our approach centers on therapist-led Recovery Circles: small, closed peer groups offering peer connection, structure, and sustained support. Our first pilot Circle (2025) was completed successfully, with outstanding participant feedback. New Circles are created when enough women are ready to begin together, so places operate on a waiting list basis.
Alongside Circles, clients may access 1:1 psychotherapy and coaching from independent practitioners, under their own professional registrations. Where specialist or medical care is needed (e.g. psychiatry, ADHD assessment, ketamine therapy), this is provided directly by external clinics and licensed professionals, with Ianthe House in a coordinating role only.
We are preparing to open recovery co-living homes in London, Cornwall and Portugal. These are peer-supported homes for women sharing their recovery journey, alongside career, study, daily life, and other responsibilities. All residents take part in a therapist-led Recovery Circle, providing structure and support remotely. Places are offered via waiting list only, with the first pilot house to be confirmed when a full group is ready.
